This chic hotel left me thoroughly impressed! The staff went above and beyond, even sending a champagne surprise for my birthday. The garden is a serene escape, and the breakfast spread—complete with delicious churros—was simply outstanding. A few room layout quirks with privacy could improve, but this place is a gem!

I had a wonderful stay at Alma Barcelona. The modern design in my Executive Suite impressed me right away. The room offered plenty of space and came stocked with fantastic amenities. The no-cost minibar was a nice touch that I appreciated too. The location made it super easy to explore nearby attractions. However, the room had some lighting issues. It felt quite dark, making tasks like getting ready a bit challenging. I also wished there were more nearby power outlets for charging devices, especially at the bedside. The staff members were friendly and attentive, enhancing my experience with their welcoming service. Overall, it was a memorable visit, but attention to lighting and electrical outlets would significantly elevate it.

alma barcelona gl has an unbeatable location right by the high-end retail area and major sights. the breakfast was a highlight, featuring a fantastic variety of fresh pastries and amazing churros. staff went above and beyond, even sending a jacket my husband left in a cab to our next destination. the garden area is lovely for winding down after a busy day.

The Grand Deluxe Double or Twin Room was spacious and well cared for. I loved the large windows overlooking a beautiful garden—such a nice touch! The room felt modern, and they kept it super clean. Housekeeping came by often to restock supplies. The air conditioning was a little tricky to manage, waking me up at times, and the lighting controls were complicated. Still, it had that luxurious vibe overall.

My stay at the hotel had several frustrating moments. Despite multiple requests, my room was not cleaned during my five-night stay. When I raised this concern, the staff seemed confused about my room number, which was disheartening. Additionally, the breakfast service was inconsistent. on the last morning, I asked for juice and coffee twice, but they never arrived, making me feel neglected.
